W artykule opisano wyświetlacze przezierne typu head-up stosowane w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym. Omówiono ewolucję wyświetlaczy na przestrzeni lat – od będących ich prekursorami lotniczych celowników refleksyjnych aż do obecnie stosowanych samochodowych wyświetlaczy HUD. Przedstawiono wady i zalety rozwiązania oraz jego perspektywy rozwoju. Uwzględniono zarówno systemy przeznaczone dla kierowców, jak i motocyklistów.

The article discusses automotive head-up displays. Displays’ evolution over the years is presented - from reflex sights, that is the precursor of a HUD, to modern automotive head-up displays. The advantages and disadvantages of the solution are presented, as well as its development prospects. The article covers the topic of head-up displays designed for both drivers and motorcycle riders.
