Abstrakty

The results presented herein relate to a work published earlier which is now complemented with the outcome of additional analyses and examinations. Cellulosic dressing materials modified with nanoparticles of microcrystalline chitosan or complex chitosan/alginateNa/Ca were characterized by the following quality parameters: absorption capacity, dynamics of the release of active substances from the dressing, structure by the FTIR method, physical-mechanical properties, accelerated ageing.

Przedstawione wyniki odnoszą się do wcześniej publikowanych pracy, która jest teraz uzupełniona o wyniki dodatkowych analiz i badań. Celulozowe materiały opatrunkowe modyfikowane nanocząsteczkami mikrokrystalicznego chitozanu lub kompleksu chitozan/alginianNa/Ca charakteryzują się następującymi parametrami jakościowymi: zdolnością absorpcji, dynamiką uwalniania substancji czynnej z opatrunku, strukturą cząsteczkową (badaną metodą FTIR), właściwościami fizyko-mechanicznymi, przyspieszonym starzeniem.
