A simplified procedure for the construction of detached, no more than two-storey, single-family residential buildings with a development area of up to 70 m2, the impact area of which is entirely on the plot or plots on which they were designed, and the construction is carried out in order to meet the investor’s own housing needs, may raise some doubts and pose a danger to the investor. For this reason, you should also carefully read the terms of the investment in order to make a conscious decision about choosing the right mode.
