The measurements of pressure drops of sewage sludge in the delivery and suction pipelines installed in one of Polish sewage treatment plants, as well as the measurement results are presented. On the basis of these measurements, it has been found that the existing systems of sewage sludge transport are not efficient enough for the requirements that are to be satisfied by sewage treatment plants and that some modifications of these installations are indispensable.
