W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z kluczowymi wskaźnikami efektywności KPI i narzędziem wieloczynnikowej analizy DEMATEL. Zaproponowano również przykładową metodykę budowy i wdrożenia Strategicznej Karty Wyników w firmach logistycznych. Artykuł może być użyteczny dla osób z branży TSL zainteresowanych nowoczesnymi zagadnieniami w aplikacjach IT oferowanych obecnie na rynku, jak i aktualnymi kierunkami rozwoju oprogramowania ERP przeznaczonego dla logistyki.

This article describes issues related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as multivariate DEMATEL analysis tool. It presents a process of Balanced Scorecard implementation in logistics companies, including the DEMATEL method and the changes within the enterprise as well as changes of information systems in place. Moreover, a set of exemplary KPI indicators based on Balanced Scorecard are suggested. This article can be useful to people from the TSL industry, interested in current directions of ERP class software development for logistics.
