Przyszłe horyzonty innowacji społecznych: wspieranie zatrudnienia osób z niepełnosprawnościami
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Disability is a complex issue, and people with disabilities encounter employment barriers due to factors such as employer attitudes and workplace accessibility, resulting in a disability employment gap (DEG). Bridging this gap requires a strong policy commitment and innovative strategies that enhance workplace inclusion, fostering greater economic and social integration for individuals with disabilities. This study aims to develop scenarios for social innovations in employing people with disabilities in Polish companies and to identify solutions that represent the most desirable scenario. Using PESTV analysis and scenario-building, the research highlights key factors - political, economic, social, technological, and values-driven-that shape social innovation, resulting in four potential scenarios. Findings suggest that financial support, a commitment to diversity, and collaboration are crucial for implementing inclusive practices that yield long-lasting societal benefits.
