PL

W artykule autor definiuje kategorię przedsiębiorczości technologicznej, którą przedstawia jako mechanizm rozwojowy organizacji wysokich technologii. Zjawisko przedsiębiorczości technologicznej opisano w świetle teorii przedsiębiorczości oraz innowacyjności, z wyeksponowaniem kategorii szansy technologicznej. Następnie zjawisko to odniesiono do trajektorii rozwojowych organizacji, rozumianych zgodnie z logiką podejścia konfiguracyjnego. W końcu autor przedstawia model badawczy wpływu przedsiębiorczości technologicznej na efektywność trajektorii rozwojowych organizacji jako syntezę wcześniej dokonanych analiz.

The category of technology entrepreneurship as a development mechanism of high technology organizations is presented in the paper. The phenomenon of technology entrepreneurship is presented in the light of innovation and entrepreneurship management theories, with strong emphasis put on category of technology opportunity. Then the phenomenon of technology entrepreneurship is connected with the development trajectories of organization in accordance with configuration school. In the end the author presents the research model of technology entrepreneurship and effectiveness of organization’s development trajectories which is the synthesis of earlier considerations.
