Każdy projekt budowlany, także każda funkcja posiada już w okresie planowania pewną datę ważności, czy to z powodu przyczyn kulturowych, ekonomicznych, osiągnięć technicznych (brak "stanu rzeczy"), czy też z powodu wpływów estetycznych albo też dlatego, iż obiekty te są po prostu stare i rozpadające się.

Every construction project as well as every function gets already during the planning period a particular expiration date, whether because of cultural or economic reasons, technological developments, (no more "level of research"), or because of aesthetic influence, or because these objects are just old and dilapidated.
