W artykule przedstawiono wspólne standardy dotyczące jednego z najskuteczniejszych narzędzi stosowanych w walce z piractwem internetowym – nakazów blokujących wy-dawanych przeciwko różnego rodzaju pośrednikom internetowym w przypadku naruszenia praw autorskich. Autor analizuje podstawowe zasady regulujące tego rodzaju środki, ukształtowane w prawie europejskim i orzecznictwie TSUE. Na tym tle w artykule przedstawiono różnice, jakie pojawiły się w niektórych państwach członkowskich UE w toku rozwoju procedury stosowania nakazów. Artykuł wskazuje również na specyfikę polskiej sytuacji w tym zakresie, opierając się na orzeczeniach polskich sądów, które bezpośrednio lub pośrednio dotyczą nakazów wydawanych przeciwko pośrednikom internetowym.

This article presents the common standards regarding one of the most effective tools used to combat online piracy: blocking injunctions issued against various types of internet intermediaries in case of the infringement of copyright. The author analyzes the basic principles regulating such measures, which have been shaped in the European law and jurisprudence of the CJEU. Against this background, article presents differences emerged in some EU Member States during process of application of injunctions. The article also indicates the specificity of the Polish situation in this regard, relying on the judgments of Polish courts, which directly or indirectly concern orders issued against internet intermediaries.
