Abstrakty
Some significant power losses of control occur in variable discharge pumping systems. It is possible to reduce power consumption by fitting pump characteristics curves to pipe line characteristics. The variables in hydraulic power consumption by heat supply system, depending of heat delivery amount, were described in the article. The fitting algorithm of pump characteristics curves was proposed. It was also stated, how to define the fitting curve. The algorithm based on frequency function depending on the pump power consumption was shown. It was described how to calculate parameters of this function. In this algorithm is not necessary to use pressure difference between pump outlet and inlet to get a steering signal. Different work conditions of a pump and the pump system were investigated in the programme. An example of results was included.
