Wpracy przedstawiono istniejące uwarunkowania do wdrożenia idei zarządzania przez efekty (Performance Management). Wśród wielu aspektów tej formy zarządzania autorzy uznają za podstawowy i najistotniejszy czynnik ludzki – podnosząc tym samym rolę i znaczenie kapitału ludzkiego w przedsiębiorstwie.

The article presents the existing conditionings to implement the idea of performance management. Among the many aspects of this form of management the authors consider the basic and most important human factor – thus increasing the role and importance of human capital in the company.
