Contemporary conditions of strike aircraft use in crisis response operations

Abstrakty
The article identifies conditions and new range of strike aircraft tasks basing on operational-tactical analysis of the armed conflicts in the last twenty-years. In the article the author forecasts that air forces and military aviation in the next typical for war but also to crisis response tasks. He estimates that considering me perspective concepts of air forces' and military aviation’s use, the key role play trends to enlarge the air force tasks, establishing adequate ways to employ them and improve tactics. The author in an innovatory way presents the use of strike airforce typical for war and points to new applications of this kind of aircraft connected with crisis response operations, The article contains a systematics of crisis response operations dividing it into two sub-groups. The first of them includes peace operations accepted by the Alliance, the second one - operations that are planned and carried out in multilateral, bilateral and unilateral dimensions. The idea of the article is to present conditions of using strike aircraft in crisis response situations and operational-tactical analyses of asymmetry that establishes a new assumption in the art of operations modifying the principles of using air forces and military aviation in crisis response operations. Apart from defining the characteristics of asymmetry problems in military operations, the author presents circumstances to support air operations with space systems in the framework of creating Network Centric Systems. He points to broadening the system of air force fighting with unmanned aerial vehicles and to phenomena of using commonly in the air forces platforms that are highly manoeuvrable, difficult to detect, and equipped with long range and high precision missiles.
