Survival of the world society in the present state of change (and risk) depends on its sustainable development (SD). To achieve this objective we should know how to cross limits to growth of the world society in developmental way. In order to cross limits to growth and achieve SD, it is necessary to build - into the world socio-economic relations - FEED FORWARD and ecohumanistic value system. To live in this new situation we have to substitute intellectual evolution by - global crisis generating - social-Darwinism. Development of system dynamics and other information-communication technologies (ICT) allows for the selection of a new technology, organizational and environmental changes in anticipatory way - i.e. in "virtual reality" instead of in practice, by death of the unfitted. ICT allow internalizing externalities, i.e. to introduce SD-economy - based on the common good principle and account of complex, long-term benefits and costs with its social and natural elements. In order to avoid a global catastrophe we must build science-technology, educational, ethical and information basis of wisdom based growth and sustainable development, as well as multilevel, including global governance. For this purpose I propose to recommend to the World Summit on Information Society (Tunis 2005) the undertaking of a large-scale international science - technology operation of building commonly accessible World (integrated and distributed) SD-Information System for Complex Monitoring, Prediction and Measurable Evaluation - of effects of policy, work and other changes in the life conditions of human beings and other living entities.
