Zaprezentowano nową ideę badania usługi dostępu do Internetu propagowaną aktualnie przez UKE Podano konfigurację i warunki testowania tej usług rekomendowane przez ETSI w zaleceniu EG 202 057-4. Przedstawiono także zakres badań prowadzonych obecnie przez regulatora przy użyciu systemu nGenius. mających na celu monitorowanie wskaźników jakości usługi dostępu do Internetu Podano zalecane przez regulatora wskaźniki jakości dla tej usługi oraz możliwości pomiarowe systemu nGenius.

The articles presents a new concept of Internet access examination that is currently being promoted by UKE It outlines the configuration and testing conditions of the service, recommended by ETSI in EG 202 057-4 Further- more, it shows the scope of the analysis carried out by the regulator using nGenius tool for monitoring the Internet access indicators. The articles provides also the quality indicators for the service and the nGenius system measurement functionalities suggested by the regulator.
