Abstrakty

EN

Market administration of an enterprise demonstrates all kinds of strategy and tactics used by the manager, which lead to a substantial financial benefits. However, this system does not consider the expenses necessary to prevent natural environment degradation. Therefore the author suggests substituting standard market management system with logistics system, focusing his attention on: • eco-development incorporation in the enterprise management system, • logistics development and the principle of its use in the enterprise • the infrastructure and the costs of logistics processes, • the logistics organisation in the enterprise. The author maintains that the logistics management system is compatible with other management systems, such as quality management, environment management, industrial safety management, according to BS88N norm.
