PL

Uwarunkowania prawne IMO w zakresie ochrony środowiska morskiego, z uwagi na ich duży zakres, są ciągle aktualizowane. W artykule przedstawiono aktualne uregulowania prawne IMO w zakresie zapobiegania zanieczyszczeniu powietrza przez statki, które dotyczą głównie ograniczeń emisji tlenków azotu (NOx), tlenków siarki (SOx) i efektywności energetycznej związanej z emisją dwutlenku węgla (CO2).

IMO law conditions for the protection of the marine environment, due to their large range, are constantly being updated. The article presents the current IMO regulations, for the prevention of air pollution from ships which relate mainly to the limitation of emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx) and energy efficiency-related carbon dioxide (CO2).
