Abstrakty

EN

The article analyses legal norms regulating the supervision over courts’ of general jurisdiction administrative activities from the point of view of the role it plays in the public security system. In legal studies, security is closely connected with the state and its citizen. It is defined as a state subject to a legal protection exercised by, among others, courts which as appropriate bodies in public security matters guarantee the quality of public area and prevent pathologies that may arise there. They also guarantee correct functioning of public bodies creating a barrier against violating order and public security thought their adjudications. In addition, courts ensure each member of the society realizing their rights and freedoms. However, in order to perform these functions diligently, courts must function correctly and efficiently. Therefore the knowledge and correct compliance to the rules concerning the supervision over courts are essential since the supervision guards the effectiveness of court proceedings.
