Integral estimation of innovative potential of agricultural enterprises based on factor analysis is defined in the article. Determination of weights for the factor loadings is based on the use of factor analysis for constructing general indicators. The proposed system includes a balanced list of metrics that can objectively determine the components of the innovation capacity of enterprises.
