W artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia problematyki projektowania i planowania operacji w kontekście wejścia sił w obszar operacji oraz związanych z tym zagrożeń antydostępowych. Celem zasadniczym było zdefiniowania terminów „anti-access” oraz „area denial”. Powyższe uwarunkowania stanowiły genezę sytuacji problemowej. Rozwiązanie powstałej sytuacji może zatem stanowić uzyskanie odpowiedzi na problem badawczy wyrażony w postaci pytania – czym jest anty-dostępowość (A2/AD)?. Dekompozycja głównego problemu badawczego umożliwiła wygenerowanie zagadnień składowych, które zawarto w następujących pytaniach: Czy możliwe jest uzyskanie synergii w ramach połączenia domen? Jakie koncepcje operacyjne można powiązać z tym podejściem z perspektywy planujących operacje? Jakie są założenia bitwy powietrzno-morskiej tzw. Air-Sea Battle i połączonej koncepcji dostępu i manewru w globalnie wspólnych regionach? Jakie występują wymogi wobec nowych zagrożeń? W materiale wykorzystano wyniki badań porównawczych oraz analizę danych zawartych w materiałach amerykańskich głównie takich ośrodków jak Center for Strategic and International Studies CISIS, US Army TRADOC, Congressional Research Service, Naval War College Review.

The article presents the issues of designing and planning operation in the context of the entry forces into the area of operations and the related anti access threats. Operational concepts related to this issue were presented. An attempt was also made to define the terms “anti-access” and “aerial denial” from the perspective of operations planners and to answer what anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) means.
