Abstrakty
We współczesnych organizacjach rośnie znaczenie ich potencjału do wprowadzania zmian. Warto w tym celu wykorzystać potencjał twórczy osób zatrudnionych w organizacji. Może to ułatwić wdrożenie systemu racjonalizatorskiego. Właśnie takie systemy są przedmiotem zainteresowania w prezentowanym artykule. Zostały w nim bowiem zidentyfikowane: cechy skutecznych systemów racjonalizatorskich, właściwości takich systemów funkcjonujących w organizacjach oraz skutki ich stosowania. Zrealizowano to na podstawie informacji zgromadzonych w wyniku przeglądu literatury przedmiotu.
Ability to change is very important in modern organizations. One of its source are innovative ideas that may be generated in organization. To support it a staff suggestion system may be introduced. Such systems are described in this article. Particulary: characteristics of an effective staff suggestion system, properties of such systems operating in organizations and their results are described. To achive it information from literature were used.
