PL

Pandemia COVID-19 zmieniła sposób świadczenia opieki zdrowotnej na całym świecie i wpłynęła na placówki opieki zdrowotnej, zarówno szpitalne, jak i ambulatoryjne (podróże). Trudno w tej chwili powiedzieć, czy czeka nas kolejna fala zakażeń, czy też nowe infekcje, z którymi mamy obecnie do czynienia, będą występować sezonowo i corocznie. Ponad dwa lata po wprowadzeniu restrykcyjnych ograniczeń funkcjonowanie obiektów użyteczności publicznej częściowo wraca do stanu sprzed pandemii. Jednak jednostki medyczne, szpitale, przychodnie i apteki nadal utrzymują pełny reżim sanitarny, a ich funkcjonowanie jest nadal mocno ograniczone. Publikacja opisuje optymalne propozycje aranżacji wnętrz i architektury w celu zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa personelu i pacjentów w oparciu o doświadczenia największego szpitala akademickiego w północno-zachodniej Polsce.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way healthcare is delivered around the world and has impacted healthcare settings, both inpatient and outpatient (travel). It is hard to say at the moment whether we are facing the next wave of infections or the new infections that we are currently dealing with will occur seasonally and annually. More than two years after the introduction of restrictive restrictions, the functioning of public utilities is partially returning to the pre-pandemic state. However, medical units, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies still maintain a full sanitary regime, and their functioning is still severely limited. The publication describes the optimal proposals for interior design and architecture in order to increase the safety of staff and patients, based on the experience of the largest academic hospital in north-west Poland.
