Zaproponowane modele wykorzystują metodę sieci cieplnych, a dokonane symulacje służą określeniu obciążalności długotrwałej linii kablowej.
In the present work the transient temperature calculations of power cable installations cooled by blasts of air are modelled by means of thermal network components and simulated by ATP MODELS. Detailed investigations has been focused on the cables located in underground tunnels including free and forced convection accelerating the exchange of thermal energy, as well as the cables on riser poles and cables in buried troughs.Several models of thermal components based on formulas derived from experiments have been developed changing the whole rating calculation process to a more flexible computer simulation task.
