1. As had been shown by the author in 1998, astroblems are not formed by shock impact of asteroids of а large kinetic energy. Impulse of energy of impact shock climbs down into the lithosphere of the Earth down to а hundreds of kilometers with following formation of а mantle рlum and system of concentric the continental and oceanic arcs in the surfaсе, so саllеd tectonoconcenteres. 2. Shock wave of а falling asteroid is distributed in the lithosphere and mantle. Minerals transform into minerals with compact dense structures (stishovite, diamond etc.). Тhe space between minerals became porous because dense minerals оссuру the less capacity. 3. Transform-reactions of minerals have а very low level of pressure below which any reactions dо not happen. Concentric gap is formed when shock wave is distributed in а гаdius where pressure of the wave becomes less than the level of reactions. Deep substance goes into the gap followed by formation of active oceanic arcs (Kurily type) or continental ares (Gimalay type). Study of large tectonoconcenters shows that there are three such rings corresponding to the three level pressure and three different minerals. 4. The Ural-Westsibirian tectonoconcentre is the most investigated. It composes by three different arcs: — first arc is the Kozhim uplift (island of New Land), — second arc trends from the Urals (south-west demarcation of Timan ridge) and than it traced by potenional (magnetic and gravimetric) fields to the north (са. 300 km from island of New Land), — third arc composes Karpinski Ridge, Donbass area and Dnepr-Donetsk, and Pripyat troughs. The centre of the arcs is located in the West Siberia and have coordinates about of 67° of latitude and 77° of longitude. 5. The first arc (circumference) includes the basic oil deposits in West Siberia and Ural-Timan provinces. Probably, the process of transformation of substance by shock wave was so hard in order to form a zone of porosity of hundred kilometers into the mantle. That provides oil contents within a ring by means of accumulation of primary hydrocarbons. Oil content of the area between the first and second arcs (circumferences) is one time lower but it is a higher within the second arc (circumference). Oil content between the second and third circumferences is generally absent. However, there are oil deposits in the edge of the third arc (circumference), within Donbass area as well Dnepr-Donetsk and Pripyat troughs. 6. The examined approach allow to evaluate oil prospecting of active oceanic and continental arcs such as Zondskay, Australia-Sibirian, Gymalajskaya, Persian, Alpian, Pacific Oceanic, American, Aleutian and Kurilian.
