The article presents a solar control system of buildings based on modern PDLC films. “Smart Glass” glazing is an alternative to conventional glare-blocking systems that does not have a smooth light transmittance regulation. The optimal value for the amount of solar energy delivered to heavily glazed facilities is an important factor regarding climate control.
