Konferencja obejmowała następujące zagadnienia dotyczące związków biologicznie czynnych w żywności: "their health potential, mechanisms of action, methods of determination, content in different products, changes of content and properties in technological processes, interactions, food modifications and functional foods and their role in food supplements. Among others, the topics will cover antioxidants, biogenic amines, fats and fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, peptides, enzymes, genes or plant and bacterial toxins".
