PL

Sukces łańcucha dostaw bierze się między innymi stąd, że wszyscy jego uczestnicy w równym stopniu czerpią korzyści z funkcjonowania na konkurencyjnych rynkach. Cel ten możliwy jest do osiągnięcia wówczas, gdy każdy z uczestników łańcucha dostaw wzmacnia swoje kompetencje, między innymi przez proces ciągłego uczenia się. Zatem wzajemne uczenie się przez dzielenie się wiedzą pomiędzy poszczególnymi członkami jest warunkiem koniecznym zwiększania kompetencji partnerów w łańcuchu dostaw. Skuteczne i efektywne dzielenie się wiedzą w łańcuchu dostaw jest podstawą do kreowania nowych pomysłów i rozwijania nowych możliwości biznesowych. Istnieją jednak pewne czynniki, które zakłócają bądź uniemożliwiają skuteczny przepływ wiedzy w łańcuchu dostaw. Celem artykułu jest opracowanie procedury identyfikacji tych czynników wraz z określeniem przyczyn wystąpienia tych zakłóceń.

A successful supply chain should ensure that all participating members benefit from the marketplace. To achieve this goal, the supply chain members need to improve their competences all the time, which requires a continuous learning process. Thus, learning process through knowledge sharing between members, is a prerequisite to increase the competence of partners in the supply chain. Effective and efficient knowledge sharing in the supply chain is the basis for the creation of new ideas and new business opportunities. However, there are certain factors that disrupt or make them impossible to effective knowledge sharing in the supply chain. The aim of the article is to identify disruptions of knowledge sharing in the supply chain, including the causes of disruptions.
