Chcąc zwiększyć motywację studentów do lepszego zrozumienia treści matematycznych przekazywanych podczas zajęć uniwersyteckich, autorzy przeprowadzili ankietę, aby poznać ich nawyki w uczeniu się matematyki. Dodatkowym celem była poprawa wyników uzyskiwanych na egzaminach i kolokwiach. W artykule autorzy omówili część wniosków z przeprowadzonego badania.

In the article, the authors presented the results and conclusions of the survey conducted among students. The aim of the study was to identify students' habits in learning mathematics. Having such knowledge, authors could better plan the activities leading to increment of the motivation of the students to understand the mathematical concepts introduced in the classroom. Thus, the authors could avoid the situation that students conducted calculations without understanding their meaning. The tools to achieve this goal were both the use of mathematical software: GeoGebra and MATLAB and blended learning method.
