Abstrakty

The paper presents the proposal of short overview of essential and practicable safety rules and factors managing the use of computers in medical equipment systems. Starting from basic terminology, the reader is led through known electrical hazards and safety measures allowing to merge medical equipment and computer technology into safe systems according to actual international standards.
