EN

The aim of this article is to evaluate factors fostering TOM at construction companies at grey zone. The grey zone exists within the framework of any economy. The Level of it does not decline significantly. That why no one should ignore such facts. Identified factors (both those ones at business environment and inside the company) play crucial role at modifying the TQM. TMs strategy is very useful at construction sector, since meets requirements of this market segment.
