PL

Bioróżnorodność to fundament jakości i stabilności produkcji napojów. Uprawy, z których korzysta branża, kształtują krajobraz i mogą wspierać przyrodę, albo przyspieszać jej degradację. Coraz więcej badań pokazuje, że wybory surowców i praktyk rolniczych to nie tylko kwestia smaku i ceny, ale także przyszłości ekosystemów, od których zależy cała branża.
