Abstrakty

PL

Przedmiotem badań jest zjawisko specjalizacji w uniwersalnych portach morskich. Wskazano jego przyczyny i dokonano jej analizy. Przeanalizowano podstawowe modele i formuły współpracy podmiotów zarządzających infrastrukturą portową z jej użytkownikami (PPP). Celem artykułu jest ocena skutków tego zjawiska dla portów morskich i innych uczestników logistycznych łańcuchów dostaw, a także wskazanie ryzyka i zagrożeń, jakie ono niesie dla standardu ogólnodostępności infrastruktury portowej. Efekty badań wskazują, że jest to zjawisko nieodwracalne, a jego skutki nie wpływają negatywnie na ograniczenie dostępności do infrastruktury portowej.

The research subject focuses on the nature and main reasons of ongoing specialization in the sea ports. In this context, the main PPP models of cooperation in the sea ports have been analyzed. The key objective of the paper is to evaluate the consequences of this tendency. In this context, the issue of risks and threats concerning the sea port infrastructure accessibility has been analyzed. The research results indicate that this tendency is irreversible and it does not restrict the accessibility to the sea port infrastructure.
