The paper presents a computer program which enables storage and comprehensive analysis of statistical data referring to operational states of power units. Program allows to get basic reliability measures like mean time between failures, expected failure rate, mean time of a shut-down by the method of histogram with a set number of observations in each class and with application of standarized unit concept. A comprehensive inability research of 370 MW lignite power units installed in BOT Bełchatów Power Station has been done with the use of the program.
