W artykule przedstawiono zawartość jednego z najważniejszych portali internetowych związanych z bezpieczeństwem pracy, opracowywanego przez Canadian Centre of Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS). Instytucja ta udostępnia m.in. wiele baz danych i wydawnictw oraz promuje ideę bezpiecznego i zdrowego środowiska pracy, dostarczając aktualnych informacji i poradnictwa w tej dziedzinie. Centrum to pełni również rolę m.in. Kanadyjskiego Krajowego Centrum Informacji o Bezpieczeństwie i Higienie Pracy CIS. Przedstawiono również krótko działalność tej instytucji, jej produkty i usługi informacyjne, realizowane przez nią projekty i międzynarodowe programy, w których bierze udział.

This article presents the contents of one of the most important portals on occupational safety and health (OSH), developed by the Canadian Centre of Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS). This institution prepares and makes available, among others, many databases and publications, and it promotes the idea of healthy and safe working environment by providing the latest information and guidance in this area. CCOHS is also the Canadian National Occupational Safety and Health Information Centre CIS. This article also contains brief information on CCOHS activities, its products and information services as well as the projects and international programs, in which this Centre is involved.
