Abstrakty

Wykrywanie autoprzeciwciał swoistych dla autoimmunizacyjnego zapalenia wątroby jest ważnym narzędziem diagnostycznym, pomocnym głównie w rozpoznawaniu tej choroby. Podstawową techniką służącą do detekcji i określania miana większości z nich jest immunofluorescencja pośrednia, która wymaga od diagnosty dużego doświadczenia.

The detection of autoimmune hepatitis-specific autoantibodies is an important diagnostic tool used mainly for making diagnosis. A basic technique that enables the autoantibodies detection and titer determination is indirect imunofluorescence, which requires experience from a laboratory diagnostician.
