In this article mechatronic controller of brake pipe pressure was presented being the result of research and development work carried out at the Center of Rail Vehicles in Poznań. This function is performed by the module using binary voltage signals. Its structural structure and functionality are described and the results of empirical research are presented. The analysis of the research results indicates that the developed module can be used in the control systems of the railway air brake.
