Characteristic of people aged 65+ households in the Baltic Sea Region for the purpose of furniture design. The aim of the study was to collect and analyse the data concerning household of people over 65 years old in order to identify the differences and find similarities among various countries of the Baltic Sea Region. Based on the statistical analysis of gathered data some crucial information were achieved to be helpful when designing furniture for elderly users in the Baltic Sea Region.
