PL

Jednym z najważniejszych wyzwań podczas badań wspólnot działań jest identyfikacja różnic pomiędzy nimi a formalnymi i nieformalnymi grupami występującymi w organizacjach. Stanowi to niezbędną przesłankę zrozumienia funkcjonowania wspólnot działań w środowisku organizacyjnym oraz roli, jaką mogą one odgrywać jako narzędzie zarządzania wiedzą. W artykule rozgraniczono terminy: wspólnota działań, funkcjonalna jednostka organizacyjna, zespół roboczy oraz nieformalna sieć pracowników.

A general challenge in communities of practice research is how this concept can be distinguished from other organizational groups. It is a necessary prerequisite to understand how they function in organizational environment and what role they can play as a KM tool. The aim of this paper is to distinguish between following terms: community of practice, organizational unit, project group and informal employee network.
