The precipitation processes of Manaurite XM superalloy after 2000 hours of aging

This paper presents the results of investigations of microstructure and mechanical properties, in a state of delivery, after 1000 and 2000h of annealing of superalloy samples Manaurite XM taken from a catalytic centrifugal cast pipe. The annealing of the material taken from catalytic pipes at the temperature of 900 °C causes precipitation of intermetallic phases in alloyed austenite matrix. These changes affect the pipes’ mechanical properties.
