In this article described modern technologies in infrared control of buildings using different kinds of infrared receivers. You can also find an information about: how to choose correct infrared reciver for controll; main problems while using this method on investigation. Besides there is described how much cost the equipment of the infrared laboratory and what other devices are needed for exact results. Moreover there is a list of standard documents which are very useful. Using this documents helps stuff to calculate everything correctly and to make correct conclusion about the condition of the investigateble structure. But the main goal of this article is to explain that the skill in using infrared receivers and other devices will not be enough. Firstly you must be a specialist in building physics.
