Przedmiotem artykułu są właściwości płyty fundamentowej. W pierwszej części jest ona omawiana jako alternatywa posadowienia budynku oraz jako konstrukcja, scharakteryzowane zostają także jej inne funkcje, takie jak związane z przeprowadzeniem instalacji. W drugiej części uwaga skupiono się na układzie warstw i ich części składowych. Na koniec zostaje scharakteryzowane ocieplenie płyty fundamentowej za pomocą lekkiego betonu w miejsce polistyrenu XPC.

Properties of the ground slab are the subject of the Article. In the first part, the above mentioned is discussed as an alternative to the foundation of a buildingand as a structure, its other functions, including those related to the routing of the installation, are also characterized. The second part focuses on the arrangement of the layers and components thereof. Finally, the insulation of the ground slab is characterized by light concrete in place of the XPC polystyrene.
