Przedstawiono różne zastosowania biometrii określając ich udział w rynku i tempo rozwoju. Zwrócono uwagę, iż tempo zastosowań biometrii w urządzeniach mobilnych jest wielokrotnie szybsze niż w innych zastosowaniach. Przytoczono najnowsze prognozy w tym zakresie.

Different applications of biometrics are presented determining their share in biometric market and the pace of development. Attention is drawn that this pace is several times faster than in other applications. The newest forecasts in that area are quoted.
