PL

Porównania międzylaboratoryjne są podstawowym elementem wykazania kompetencji technicznych laboratoriów. Są niezależnym, obiektywnym i dobrze udokumentowanym miernikiem jakości pracy laboratorium. Stale wzrastająca świadomość znaczenia porównań międzylaboratoryjnych zwiększyła zainteresowanie udziałem w tego typu badaniu biegłości. Wychodząc naprzeciw oczekiwaniom klientów Zakład Elektryczny Głównego Urzędu Miar stał się organizatorem i koordynatorem porównań międzylaboratoryjnych w dziedzinie wielkości elektrycznych. W referacie są przedstawione zasady postępowania przy projektowaniu, organizowaniu i prowadzeniu porównań międzylaboratoryjnych. Ponadto zostaną zaprezentowane wyniki zakończonych krajowych porównań międzylaboratoryjnych, a także status porównań obecnie realizowanych.

Interlaboratory comparisons are an essential element in demonstrating the technical competence of laboratories. They are an independent, objective and well-documented indicator of the quality of work of the laboratory and an important element in assessing the quality of the management system, which objectively documents the process of improvements. Results of comparisons play an important role in evaluation of laboratories; they are the primary (although not the sole) criterion for awarding and maintaining accreditation and the key factor in the continuous surveillance of laboratories. The growing awareness of the importance of collaborative studies has greatly increased the interest in this type of proficiency testing. To meet customer expectations, the Electric Department of the Central Office of Measures (GUM) has organized and coordinated a collaborative study in the field of electrical quantities. In this paper, the way of designing, organizing and conducting the collaborative study is discussed. The results of the completed national collaborative study of electrical standards of resistance and voltage are given in a comprehensive form.
