In presented in this paper material the results of investigations passed in building, which did not realize requirements in range of thermal buildings protection and in building after removal in them the thermomodernization works are introduced. Object of analysis was included heat consumption, state of microenvironment and persons thermal comfort. Analysis one passed under angle of estimation of influence of energy-saving activities on quality environment and persons thermal comfort.
