W realiach obecnego rynku, przy wprowadzeniu systemu telematyki konieczne jest dogłębne spojrzenie na stan przedsiębiorstwa i jego potrzeby pod względem możliwości ich zaspokojenia przez system telematyki. Takie rozpoznanie pozwoli na świadome dobranie optymalnego rozwiązania te- lematycznego z szerokiej gamy dostępnych na rynku. Przykładowe sfery potencjału telematyki pokazują spektrum możliwości wpływu na przedsiębiorstwo. Przegląd rodzajów danych i moż1iwości systemów telematyki wskazuje na szanse dobrego dopasowania do realiów przedsiębiorstwa, a przykłady rozrachunku możliwych oszczędności i poprawy procesów komunikacji wskazują szybkość zwrotu z inwestycji, w zależności od stanu wyjściowego przedsiębiorstwa.

In the reality of the current market, with the telematics” in- troduction, an in-depth look onto company’s state and its needs in terms of its fulfillment by the telematics system, is necessary. This kind of recognition will allow for conscious selection of the optimal telematics” solution from the wide range available on the market. A sample spheres of telematics” potential show the possibilities” spectrum of influence on the company. The overview of data types and capabilities of telematics system, indicates the chances of a good match to the company’s reality, and of settlement of possible savings, and improvement of communication processes, indicates the rate of return on investment, depending on the company’s initial state.
