Celem badań jest określenie zależności między czynnikami osobowościowymi (przedsiębiorczością i poczuciem kontroli) oraz czynnikami sytuacyjnymi (opisy sytuacji kierowniczych) a tendencją do podejmowania decyzji w sposób autokratyczny lub demokratyczny.

The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between personality factors (entrepreneurship and sense of control) and situational factors (descriptions of situations managers) and a tendency to make decisions in a autocratic or democratic.
