Organizacje funkcjonują obecnie w warunkach dużej różnorodności i zmienności, złożoności i szybkości.

Organizations now operate under conditions of great diversity and variability, complexity and speed. It raises both opportunities and threats to the organization. Diversity also applies to methods and tools for quality management in organizations. The aim of this publication is to diagnose students’ perception of the level of implementation and relevance of selected methods and tools of quality management in contemporary organizations, as well as to evaluate methods and tools and identify the highest rated methods and tools. The research is based on the subject literature and empirical research. The study consists of five parts: two theoretical, two research parts and a summary with conclusions. The results indicate limited knowledge and use of methods and tools of quality management in organizations and the need to improve these competences by future managers.
