Application of electromagnetic treatment in degumming process of sunflower oil with high phosphorus content

Abstrakty
W pracy rozpatrywano możliwości udoskonalenia procesu hydratacji oleju słonecznikowego. Zastosowano obróbkę w polu elektromagnetycznym w procesie hydratacji oleju słonecznikowego z wysoką zawartością fosforu. Nowa metoda hydratacji, w porównaniu do klasycznej hydratacji wodą, ma następne zalety: skrócenie czasu trwania procesu oraz polepszenie jakości produktu końcowego.
The improvement of sunflower oils degumming process was analyzed in the paper. The electromagnetic field treatment was applied for degumming of sunflower oil with high phosphorus content. The new method of degumming compared with the standard water degumming reveals the following advantages: reduction of process duration time and improvement of final product quality.
