Przedstawiono metodyki, procedury i narzędzia pomiarowe stosowane w wybranych krajach Europy i świata do badania jakości sieci szerokopasmowych. Modele badania sieci IP można uważać za reprezentatywne ze względu na ich powszechność i zasięg terytorialny ich stosowania. We wszystkich przypadkach narzędzia pomiarowe są łatwo dostępne, a korzystanie z nich nieodpłatne, dzięki czemu użytkownicy mogą samodzielnie badać dostępność Internetu i wykonywać pomiary łączy bez specjalistycznej pomocy.

The articles shows the methodologies, procedures and tools for measuring, applied in the selected countries in Europe and around the world. The presented models may be considered representative due to their scale of usage and geographical range. In all cases mentioned in the article, the examination tools are easily available and free of charge. Consequently, users can perform the tests by themselves, without any external assistance.
