Three-dimensional FDM printers, operate on the principle of applying molten thermoplastic material in thin layers. In present work the basis of operating, construction and possibilities of 3D RepRap Mendel Prusa printer built in the Department of Woodworking Machinery and basis of Machine Construction were presented.
