The article presents wide range of tests and measurements at the final stage of the rotor overhaul, which includes balancing and seasoning. Nowadays it is required to reduce the shut-down of the machines and make it reliable as much as it is possible. In order to meet above requirements, all the works performed during rotor renovation should be verified after complete assembly of the rotor in dynamic state, The test should simulate standard conditions of the work of the unit.
